We work hard to get your order made and shipped quickly. Most items are handmade to order and ship within 3 to 5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll happily send a replacement.
- Return Shipping: If a return is approved (for non-custom items only), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
